The office will be CLOSED Thursday May 28 - Saturday May 30 while I head to Chicago for advanced training to continue sharpening my skills and bringing even more value, recovery strategies, and results back to my clients.

I don’t take continuing education lightly.
The better I become, the better I can serve the athletes and people who trust me with their bodies, recovery, and performance.

That also means this is a SHORT week and there are ONLY 2 spots left before I leave:

🗓 Wednesday, May 27
⏰ 9AM & 11AM

If your body has been feeling tight, beat up, exhausted, restricted, or you’ve been saying:
“I’ll book next week…”

This is your sign not to wait.

Because the athletes who stay performing at a high level don’t wait until their body forces them to slow down.
They stay ahead of the problem.

Once these last 2 spots are gone, the schedule is CLOSED until I return.

This Memorial Day, as we honor the men and women who gave their lives for our freedom, I also want to acknowledge those who were and are willing to make that same sacrifice… our Military Service Members. 🇺🇸

As a veteran myself, I carry a deep pride for the military and an even deeper respect for every individual who has served or is currently serving.

The mental, physical, and emotional toll is real.
The sacrifice is real.
And your body carries more than most people will ever understand.

That’s why this Memorial Day, Recovery & Performance Massage is offering 15% OFF the 12 Month Recovery Protocol for all Active Duty Military and Veterans.

This program includes:
✔️ 12 months of 90-minute recovery sessions
✔️ Nervous system regulation
✔️ Muscle recovery & mobility support
✔️ Enhanced sleep & recovery

✔️ A space to finally let your body exhale

I’ve got a few spots open this week before I head out for advanced training to serve my clients at an even higher level. 🔥

So this is a short week, and these spots are limited.

They’re for the athlete whose body is starting to feel the miles, the reps, the pressure, and the wear from training hard.

The athlete who’s tired of pushing through restriction, tightness, and soreness like it’s “just part of the sport.”

I work with athletes and people who train with purpose.
The ones who understand recovery is part of performance.

If your body feels heavy, limited, beat up, or one step behind where you know you can perform…
this is your opportunity to reset before it turns into something bigger.

I’ll be sharpening my skills this week so I can continue helping my athletes recover faster, move better, and perform at a higher level when I get back.

DM me the word BOOK if one of these spots is yours. 🔥

Are you an athlete?
What sport do you train for? 👀👇🏼

Because a baseball player doesn’t need the same recovery as a powerlifter.A runner doesn’t carry the same tension as a football athlete. And a CrossFit athlete’s body takes a completely different beating than a volleyball player’s.

Every sport places different demands on the body:Different movement patterns.Different impact.Different stress.Different recovery needs.

That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all bodywork.

At Recovery & Performance Massage, we treat the athlete FOR the sport they train for.

Your recovery should support:
✔️ The way you move
✔️ The way you perform
✔️ The way you compete
✔️ The goals you’re chasing

Because consistency in recovery creates consistency in performance.

The athletes improving the fastest are not just training hard. They’re recovering with intention too. 🔥

Drop your sport below!👇🏽

Sports massage is NOT just relaxation massage rebranded for athletes.

There’s strategy behind it.

A sports massage therapist looks at how your body moves for your sport, where you create force, where you compensate, and what’s limiting your performance or recovery.

A runner doesn’t need the same work as a powerlifter.
A baseball player doesn’t move like a CrossFit athlete.
And your recovery should reflect that.

Sports massage is focused on performance, mobility, recovery, and keeping your body functioning at a high level.

This isn’t just about feeling good for an hour.
It’s about helping your body perform better long after you leave the table.

Tell me….what do you want to know?

Athletes don’t just carry the weight of training.

They carry work schedules.
Family responsibilities.
Early mornings.
Late nights.
Competition pressure.
The constant battle of trying to balance it all while still showing up at a high level.

Most athletes don’t stop when they’re tired.
They stop when their body finally forces them to.

That’s why this table matters.

Because when you step into this room, the noise stays outside.
This becomes your space to reset.
To recover.
To breathe.
To unload the physical weight that mental and emotional stress places on the body.

A space where the pressure doesn’t get a seat at this table.

Where the nonstop demands of life, work, training, and competition get put on pause for a minute.

For one hour…

It’s about YOU.

When the table is set…
your only job is to climb on and let the pressure come off.

Green flags in a sports massage therapist? 👇

✔️ They know your sport and what it demands from your body.
Because a baseball shoulder, powerlifter hips, runner calves, and football neck all require different recovery strategies.

✔️ They understand the toll training takes because they live the athlete lifestyle too.
The soreness. The tightness. The mental grind. The constant push to perform.
This isn’t just “massage” to them. It’s part of the training process.

✔️ They have the same goal as you.
Not just to make you feel better for a day.
To help you recover faster, move better, train harder, and perform at the level you KNOW you’re capable of.

The wrong therapist rubs muscles.
The right therapist helps protect the machine that fuels your sport. 💥

People ask me what my hobbies are… 😂

Truthfully?
This is it.

I live the life of an athlete, so I understand what athletes actually need. The soreness. The tightness. The mental grind. The pressure to keep showing up and performing even when your body is begging for recovery.

So when the day ends, I’m usually taking laundry home, resetting the room, and getting ready for tomorrow’s athletes.

Because this isn’t just a job to me.
It’s part of the lifestyle.

Recovery matters when you train with purpose. 💪

One of the questions I get asked the most:

“How often should I get a massage?”

Here’s the answer:

If you train with purpose and want to stay healthy, moving well, and performing consistently…
➡️ Monthly bodywork is maintenance.

But if you’re in season, prepping for competition, increasing training intensity, or chasing a performance goal…
➡️ Weekly bodywork becomes performance support.

There’s a difference between:
🔥 Maintaining your body and
🔥 Optimizing your performance

Maintenance helps you stay ahead of tightness, soreness, and restriction before they become bigger problems.

Performance-focused recovery helps your body handle higher demands so you can train harder, recover faster, and compete at a higher level.

The athletes who last the longest don’t wait until they’re broken to start taking recovery seriously.

Drop your questions below and I’ll answer them in my next reel.
