💥🩷 National Health & Fitness Day – 80’s Style! 🩷💥

We turned back time and turned up the energy with neon colors, sweatbands, and ALL the 80’s vibes! 🎶🕺💚 Residents embraced the fun while celebrating the importance of staying active and healthy together.

A special thank you to our amazing resident Eve, who led a relaxing and refreshing yoga session. 🧘‍♀️✨ Everyone enjoyed stretching, breathing, and finding a moment of calm before the excitement continued. Then Chaka brought the heat 🔥 with a high-energy chair Zumba session that had everyone moving, smiling, and having an absolute blast! 💃🎉

It was more than just a day of fitness—it was a wonderful opportunity to connect, laugh, encourage one another, and celebrate healthy living. 💪❤️

🇺🇸❤️ Memorial Day Celebration ❤️🇺🇸

What a beautiful way to celebrate Memorial Day with our amazing neighbors! 🌞🏡 Our talented Chef Dennis 👨‍🍳🔥 fired up the grill with delicious hamburgers 🍔 and hot dogs 🌭 topped with all the fixings — such a treat for everyone!

As we gathered together, we took a meaningful pause to honor and remember ❤️🤍💙. Residents and team members stood proudly to recite the Pledge of Allegiance 🇺🇸, shared a moment of silence 🤍, and reflected on the true meaning of this special day.

A touching poem, “Just Souls” by Nancy L. Meek 📖 was beautifully read by our wonderful concierge, BB 💐, reminding us of the sacrifices made for our freedom.

“As America celebrates Memorial Day, we pay tribute to those who have given their lives in our nation’s wars.” 🇺🇸🙏
