e referrals for any needs you have. We enjoy meeting our neighbors and helping them in any way we can. October 8th will be the beginning of our 13th year of community service to our neighbors. To make it closer and more convenient for our patients and volunteers, we moved the clinic from New Chapel Hill to Tyler. The new name of the clinic is Lone Star Clinic and is located at 604 W. Fourth Street, Tyler, Texas 75702. We still have the same doctors and volunteers along with some new staff and we are all eager to help our community neighbors. Come on October 16th to the clinic at 8:30 AM. We’ll feed you lunch while you are here! God Bless You and Yours.
