These sessions will be:
• Relaxation/NS support focused with integrations tailored to each client (light/medium pressure)
• Limited to established clients & personal relationships only
• Saturday afternoons (for now)

Things will be looking a little different over here as I prepare to rebrand Soma Studio – think, more nervous system support, relaxation, exhaling, releasing.

What this means moving forward:
• New intuitive services
• Focused modalities for bodywork
• 1:1 and group sessions (you won't want to miss this!)
• Safe & familiar spaces

Hey everyone, Erin here! I know it's been a while since I've posted, but I just wanted to give a quick update for those who may be wondering.

Soma is temporarily closed and I've taken a bit of a sabbatical from massage all together, but I am feeling refreshed, recharged and just about ready to get back to the table. Stay tuned for future updates on where I'll be located and how you can book with me.

I am truly grateful for each of you & your continued support throughout this whole journey. I hope you're all doing well and please remember to take care of yourselves – we can't pour from empty cups.

Here are some go-to questions to ask when you’re chatting with potential doulas (because vibes matter and support is everything):

⭐️What’s your birth philosophy?
⭐️How do you help partners during labor?
⭐️What’s actually included in your package?
⭐️What if things don’t go as planned?
⭐️ What types of births do you attend?

Keep it chill, ask what you need to, and trust your gut. Truly!!
