Good afternoon everyone! I just wanted to make a post outlining my new pricing and booking procedures!
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
I am now at $150 an hour. My shop minimum is staying at $100 for anything that's small that'll take me less than an hour. This new pricing only affects anyone booking for the 2027 season.
Right now (as of July 10th) I'm booking for Mid January for Week days. I have no weekend availability until March of 2027.
If you're ever interested in booking with me, all you have to do is.....
Send a message to my Wolfepack Art Collective page. I'm trying to convert all of my clients to booking through here. I'll still be using my personal but would much prefer you message through the new business page.
It will either be myself that answers or someone helping me. Please do NOT message Kyle personally for questions regarding appointments and scheduling. Message my account only.
When you message me, please send....
-your ideas (can be a description or reference photos)
-the rough sizing of your piece
-the placement on your body
-the style you're shooting for (black and grey or color)
🚨 I can't give you a quote without these questions being answered.
I also require a $75 deposit to book. This deposit is
🚨NONREFUNDABLE. So if you're not sold on having me as your artist, do not send a deposit. If you cancel your appointment, you don't get that deposit back.
Deposits are in place in case you cancel your appointment. It ensures I make something for my day. The deposit you pay comes off of the total cost of your tattoo at the end of your session.
Also something to think about, if you cancel, I can't just slip you right in in less than a month anymore. You'll have to wait months before I can have you come back, unless I have a cancellation. I also don't hold days, deposits are required to save your day.
This isn't just something I require. Other artists operate the same way. So do nail techs and hair salons.
The further out I book, the more busy I am. My pieces are also growing in size and detail. I'm not available all the time. Right now I don't have set days off. So my response time is a little chaotic. I do have an assistant that helps me at least once a week now so that should improve our response time. If your appointment is set, you'll hear from me the day before to confirm. If I don't hear from you the day before, I'll assume you're not coming and we'll have to reschedule you.
Also, I know it can be anxiety inducing to not hear from me. Please don't take this personally. I'm running my own business and my inbox is full of pending conversations currently.
🚨 PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING FOLLOW UP MESSAGES. Please don't send me random letters or periods. Please don't send "just bumping my messages" because this makes your convo go back to the top with my newest responses, which ultimately takes me longer to get to you. I always start with the oldest first. So once you send me something, let it go and we'll be back with you as quickly as we can. This doesn't mean you can't send multiple messages. If you have new ideas or other things to add, you're more than welcome. That mini rant above about multiple replies is only aimed at the follow ups to try and get my attention.
I appreciate everyone's patience with my responses.
Thank you all for keeping me busy and helping me grow in my career. Thank you to everyone new and old that's considering me as their artist.
All of my clients have made this world so worth it. 🫶🏼
