So real talk here...
I know people see me posting about the different sessions I offer & alot of you wonder but why? Why would i even need or want that?
Let me break it down for you --
• Massage Therapy is so beneficial for all parts of our body, our mind and soul. Truly. It helps reduce tension and pain, helping release knots & tightness within the fascia and muscles. It helps bring you into relaxation, calming the nervous system, & helping you to de-compress & let go of stress. It helps to bring you back into balance by feeling better overall & is an important piece to your wellness journey.
• Reiki & Energy Work is a sacred & beautiful modality channeling universal life energy to help clients relax and heal their bodies within. It touches on a deeper level to bring you into a stronger sense of balance, more calmness, clear headed, & feeling centered after just 1 session. Reiki works with free will so the key is to being open to receiving the energy & open/ giving permission to releasing the energy, emotions, things that are no longer serving you. Reiki & my Energy work is great for those looking to de-stress, release that heaviness, deep emotion and trauma imprints that are held within the body. Reiki also includes feedback dialogue for in person sessions or a report for distant sessions.
• Intuitive Readings fuse Tarot & Oracle cards & Intuitive meats from Spirit/ Universe energy to bring you insight and guidance on your journey. It is created with love and light energy & shows you where you need to focus attention, what you need to be aware of & just generally what your Spirit team needs you to know right now, at this time, on your healing and wellness journey. All readings include a report to reflect on & sit with, so you can revisit & reflect at your convenience. I will not leave you with a few messages & good luck for you to forget what was said a few days later.
• Astrology Readings include Natal chart reports, that reflect our souls blueprint. A natal chart reading helps you understand yourself on a soul level — your strengths, challenges, life patterns, and purpose.
I also will be offering Astro for little ones so you can better understand your kids and have a clearer lens. This helps bring you more compassion, understanding & insight on who they truly are.
Solar return charts reflect what is to come and be aware of, or looking at important times for career, personal growth etc as the year follows you. This is a loved reading for those to get for birthdays to see what the year holds for them astrologically.
