Our sweet Uncle Frank asked me to write a song about teaching us to walk with love. This melody is what has come out of my heart. Singing these declarations with our children overwhelms my whole soul with pure joy. Remember, YOU ARE LOVE! Move through your day accordingly. WiseOcean loves you!!!

Learning to be happy on WiseOcean means to love yourself through every wave in your ocean of emotions. That means we have to talk about hard feelings, or things happening around us to even understand how what’s going on inside. The Hug Song is a wonderful way to co-regulate wherever we are. When our hearts come together in a hug, it gives us a moment to breathe in sync and connect in empathy and kindness. And as you can see, it’s also a lot of fun!!! We can get along, we can get along, we can get along!
