I just want to say thank you to Start with Art and Charlene for inviting me and having me participate into the Start With Art Mental Health Event last Saturday it was fun and got to connect with so many different individuals. Not to mention that I got to speak in what I love to share, the role breathwork has in connection with your mental health and your nervous system. Oh, and we breathed together!!
