⭐️MEDAL MONDAY⭐️ Dr Teddie completed 50 miles under 12 hours this weekend at the Wild Turkey trail races in Valley Falls State Park in WV! He looked strong and smiled the whole way.

Dr Brooke completed the 10 mile race then hung out to crew Teddie to make sure he had what he needed alongside a few of our best friends!

🌲Meet Dr Teddie!!! 🌲

Dr. Teddie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy focusing on outpatient pre/post surgeries & athletes. He is certified in Dry Needling through Ice Physio and Blood Flow Restriction techniques (BFR).

He is a Hopwood, PA native & Laurel Highlands Graduate. He is an outdoorsman, hunter, and avid runner & triathlete. In his spare time you’ll likely find him running through trails of Pine K**b, on his road bike, shooting his bow, or taking care of his home. Truly anything that would challenge his mind or body.

He has been a Physical therapist for over 6 years now and is always looking to further grow his knowledge to better serve his patients as efficiently as possible!

Dr Teddie is located at Family Ties Monday- Friday.

Meet Dr. Brooke!!

My name is Dr Brooke Sova and I’m a Chiropractor located in BOTH Cheat Lake, WV and Uniontown, PA

I am Webster Technique Certified meaning I can properly adjust Pregnant women as well as pediatric trained to help the little spines, too!

Common populations I see: prenatal, newborns, toddlers, women who are scared of chiropractors (you’re in good hands with me I promise), athletes(especially runners/ cross-fitters), and anyone else with a spine! (Which is you 🫵🏼)

I’m a Clarksburg, WV native but reside in Hopwood, PA with my husband and two dogs. I’m very outdoorsy and I’m a self proclaimed Mountain mama- hence the name! I’m a marathon runner, sourdough hobbyist, and book worm! 🥾🌲💫🤸

I’ve been a chiropractor for 3.5 years now and I’ve loved every second of it. Getting the Webster certification and being within the Morgantown & Uniontown prenatal/postpartum community has made my passion stronger and that passion continues to grow the more mamas and babies I see. The biggest compliment is allowing me to not only adjust you while pregnant, but also the honor of adjusting your newborn
