Moments in Bloom at Uniontown Nursing & Rehab! 🦋

Residents recently took part in a beautiful butterfly growing program with Amanda with Amedisys Hospice, following the life cycle from caterpillar to chrysalis to Painted Lady butterfly.

Along the way, they received educational packets, watched videos, and learned about each stage of transformation. The program concluded with a special release ceremony led by Amanda, where each participant received a certificate to celebrate their involvement.

A meaningful experience of learning, reflection, and watching new life take flight.

As we look back on CNA Week, we'd like to thank Amanda and the team at Amedisys for helping us celebrate our incredible CNAs. They generously provided certificates of appreciation and cupcakes, while our team prepared gift bags for each CNA as a small token of gratitude for all they do.

We appreciate the dedication, compassion, and hard work our CNAs bring to Uniontown Nursing & Rehab each day.

🌟 CNA Week Spotlight: Kaylon Richter 🌟

As we conclude National CNA Week, we're proud to shine the spotlight on Kaylon Richter and celebrate the compassionate care she provides to our residents every day. Though she has been part of the Uniontown Nursing & Rehab team for four months, Kaylon has already made a positive impact through her dedication and commitment to resident care.

After working as a caregiver, Kaylon was inspired to become a CNA so she could take a more hands-on role in caring for others. What she enjoys most about her job is taking care of residents and making sure their daily care needs are met.

One of Kaylon's favorite moments as a CNA has been simply beginning her career and taking the first steps on her healthcare journey. Her enthusiasm and commitment to learning make her a valued member of our team.

Outside of work, Kaylon loves being a mom and spending time with her family.

🌟 CNA Week Spotlight: Tiffany Braddee 🌟

As we continue celebrating CNA Week at Uniontown Nursing & Rehab, we are proud to recognize Tiffany Braddee for her remarkable dedication to resident care.

Tiffany has been a CNA for an incredible 21 years, all of which have been spent serving residents right here at Uniontown Nursing & Rehab. She was inspired to become a CNA by her love of caring for others, and that passion continues to shine through in her work every day.

One of Tiffany's favorite parts of her job is getting to know residents and treating them like family. She takes pride in being there to help residents whenever they need support, comfort, or encouragement.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her children and family, as well as camping.

Thank you, Tiffany, for 21 years of compassionate care, dedication, and service to our residents. We are grateful for all that you do!
