September is Su***de Awareness Month — a time to check in with ourselves and the people we care about. Mental health matters, and sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply be present. 💙

Here are a few warning signs that someone may be struggling:
💬 Talking about wanting to die or feeling like a burden
🚪 Pulling away from friends, family, or usual activities
😔 Intense mood swings or changes in behavior
🍷 Increased use of alcohol or drugs
💭 Feeling hopeless, stuck, or like things won’t get better

These signs are often a quiet call for help — and being there to listen without judgment can make all the difference.

Let’s lead with compassion, check in often, and remind one another that no one has to go through this alone.
