Here is some information about the Fall Strong Program, which I opened registration for TODAY and already have a complete team signed up! 😁
The program is eight weeks -- from Sept. 8-Oct. 31 -- and offers twice weekly 1-hour group strength training sessions.

if you are interested so we can flex our trainers to a specific time and date based on the demand. You won't be billed or committed until a trainer reaches out to confirm time and date and make sure you are on board!

The Fall 2025 edition of Strong has a few twists, empowering participants to form their own teams and selecting the trainer and training time they want.
Pick your teammates, make a team name, and select the estimated time slot you want to train at.
For example, if a husband (John Smith) and wife (Sally Smith) want to make a team, they would choose the same training time and trainer and come up with a team name. The teams can be up to 12 people, but grouping with the trainer you want will be first come, first serve.
For example, if a group of 8 friends want to train with Chris N. at 5 am, they would have to sign up immediately to claim 8 of the12 training slots he offers at that time, leaving room for only four more people.
There might be several teams training under a single trainer if space allows. The winning team is competing for FREE group training as the top prize.
Individuals will compete for cash prizes, regardless of the team they are on. If you don't want to form a team, just sign up at the training time you like and compete in the individual competition only!
The formula to calculate standings and winning is the same: percentage of fat loss plus percentage of muscle gained for a percentage of total body transformation! The most percentage of total change wins!

Here's a range for the terms:
Early Morning: 5 am, 5:30 am, 6 am, 6:30 am
Morning: 7:30 am, 8 am, 8:30 am
Mid-Morning: 9am, 9:30 am, 10 am
Early Evening: 5 pm
Evening: 5:30 pm, 6 pm, 6:30 pm
FEES
Members: $250/month & $100 Registration fee
Non-Members: $300/month & $150 registration fee
*Registration fee is non-refundable and is used for cash prize awards, trainer's fees, and FREE Zone30 registration during duration of the program if you sign up by August 15th.
