INGREDIENTS:

One frozen banana

2 Medjool dates

½ a frozen zucchini

One tablespoon of gluten-free WheatGrass powder (any Pines green Non-GMO Project Verified superfoods powder is fine)

A splash of mint extract (it's very strong, so a little goes a long way, or a handful of fresh mint)

A splash of vanilla extract

½ cup cashew milk (add more or less depending on desired consistency)

Cacao nibs

Vegan chocolate sauce

Brownie bites

Blend everything until nice and creamy, then mix through some cacao nibs to make a mint-chip ice cream. Serve with vegan chocolate sauce and brownie bites. Enjoy!

Recent studies suggest that microplastic accumulation in the brain is strongly linked to Alzheimer’s disease. Consuming fiber-rich foods binds these microplastics in the gut, aiding their removal from the body.

Many green superfoods provide little fiber and are sold in plastic containers, which increases microplastic exposure while failing to reduce it—a combination that undermines potential health benefits.

All probiotic research shows that cellulose and other insoluble fibers are essential for probiotic growth. Most whole vegetables, fruits, nuts, and grains contain them. Removing fiber is the wrong approach!
