🏠 Head lice? You don’t need to clean your entire house!
After helping more than 40,000 people with head lice since 2012, I’ve seen parents exhaust themselves cleaning when their attention should be on the HEAD!
✅ Check the heads first with a good lice comb.
✅ Keep laundry simple. A hot dryer for 30 minutes takes care of recently used sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels, when fabrics can tolerate the heat.
✅ Skip the deep-cleaning panic! A sticky lint roller is great for a quick pass over cushions, car seats, or favorite stuffed animals.

Can head lice jump or fly?
No. They can only crawl.
Head lice spread primarily through direct head-to-head or hair-to-hair contact. Kids watching videos together, sharing a pillow or using the same hairbrush can create an opportunity for a live louse to move from one person’s hair to another.

Can head lice jump or fly? 🤔
Short answer: No. Head lice can only crawl.
So how do they move from one person to another? Usually through direct head-to-head or hair-to-hair contact. Think kids gathered around a phone, teens watching videos together, sleepovers and shared hairbrushes.

Tried one lice treatment… then another… and another? 😩
