Drum rental is $7 or bring your own and join the fun! NutritionNow offers a healthy smoothie & tea bar, free one-on-one personal wellness coaching, weekly weight loss challenges (which include nutritional wellness classes), and free wellness profiles.

If you just want to stop in and check us out that is always free! Wellness Coaches are available for appointments and if you can't make it during our normal hours just call us and we can make an appointment that is convenient for you. We help people gain weight, lose weight, or just feel great! Our Weight Loss Challenges are in the evening and start every few weeks. Stop by and FEEL the difference with some great nutrition!!! We'll cover the cost the first time you visit and schedule your free wellness profile for a convenient time and date!

CARDIO DRUMMING UPDATE! 🥁
We are heading outdoors this week!
Join us this Monday at Emerson Park for our usual fitness fun.

Time: 6:00 PM (Come a little early so we can scout out the perfect spot!)
What to bring: BYOD (Bring Your Own Drum) and plenty of water. 💧
Note: There are no drum rentals available for this session.

Why the move?
Free Methodist is hosting Vacation Bible School for the next two weeks. If all goes well this Monday, we will rock the park again next week before returning to the church as usual.

Drum stix can be bought at the Midland music store, or so many options available online.
most of us use 65cm tall 75cm stability ball.
I googled tubs with handles and look at this great price.
