I took both of these with my phone, experimenting with photography and clothing.
What is your preference?
I made a frozen banana, raspberry, blueberry smoothie.
I drink approximately 32ounces a day and my smoothies are mostly fruit with an occasional exception.
For me, smoothies are at least one of my meals a day.
As a busy mom, they are the fastest, easiest to make, easiest to clean up and best tasting meal replacement that I can think of besides Monomeals.
It’s simply nice to make something for the family that uses one blender container, a knife and a cutting board.
I think back 6 years when I had severe postpartum depression.
I felt a complete loss of myself and like I was taking care of everyone except myself.
I was hurting really bad.
I started by having a healthy diet and workout plan.
And it worked!
Then I went on to work on healing, relationships, meditation, finances, etc.
I’ve simply been working on one aspect of my life at a time with baby steps.
I’ve made lots of mistakes along the way but I’ve also made a lot of good decisions too.
The biggest thing that I learned was to have compassion for myself along the way.
