The N&M Learning Solutions elearning system and smartphone application is an innovative learning platform. Our very first release is branded as MediCredits®, leveraged to health care and first responders across the country to obtain and maintain their certification requirements for continuing education. MediCredits® supports both iPhone and Android smartphones as well as tablets. The platform itself provides a novel way to learn, designed for people who are interrupted on the go but still with a need for continuing education. Hands-free, off-line mode allows for someone riding in a car to listen to course material, take flashcards and test their knowledge before committing to taking the final certification exam. The application has an administrative front-end for uploading all necessary information into the application including company info, contact info and establishing all your course content. Course content is structured into learning objectives, questions and answers, and flashcards and integrated tests which leverage the questions by randomly selecting questions for use. The system maintains all data for up to five years and is completely auditable by a third party. The phone and tablet app can be stored and downloaded from Apple Store or Google Play. Automatic notifications via email and in-app messaging keeps the provider aware of expiring license and course material as well as test and certification results.

Group Sales:
Group purchase options exist to automatically enroll larger groups of users into courses hosted on the app.

HelpDesk functions:
Online training on how to use the app, with automated helpdesk functions to refer a friend, report a problem, password resets, customer complaints and add retake opportunities.

Corporate Licensing:
What is also unique about the N&M platform is that it is structured as a white label application. This means that the software can host customers who provide their own training material to students. N&M can license the software or directly host all your training content for your internal employees. Many companies have workforce components without computers (maintenance, field service agents, etc.), which complicate mandatory training and job skills development. Most people have either a personal smartphone or a tablet computer. By leveraging this, your company can rollout a training curriculum without investing in providing laptop computers to everyone who does not need one, or requiring that they attend a scheduled class. This saves your company a significant amount of money while being more convenient to the employee or student.
