Where did the facilitator train, and how long have they been practicing? Is sacred space actually being called in, and closed at the end? Is there a clear agreement about confidentiality?

Be on the lookout for red flags like anyone who discourages you from other teachers or communities, or positions themselves as the only place you’ll find real healing — so you can have the empowering, healing ceremony you’re actually looking for.
