Today is World Mental Health Day 💼💚
This year’s theme is “It’s Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace.”

Our work environments can have a major impact on our mental well-being. Whether you're an employer or employee, it’s crucial to create a space where mental health is valued, support is offered, and open conversations are encouraged. Prioritizing mental health in the workplace helps reduce stress, boost productivity, and create a healthier, happier work culture for all.

Let’s make mental health a priority where we spend so much of our time—at work. If you or someone you know is struggling, our Crisis Call or Click line is available 24/7 at 855-581-8111.

Mental health matters, in every space.

Today is National Depression Screening Day 💙
Did you know that depression can affect people of all ages, including teens and young adults? Mental health professionals recommend starting regular screenings for depression as early as age 12. If you’re concerned about your child’s mental health, don't hesitate to reach out. Early detection is key to improving long-term outcomes.
And remember, we’re here to help. Our Crisis Call or Click line is available 24/7 at 855-581-8111.

As the days grow shorter and the pace of life picks up in the fall, maintaining a consistent daily routine can have a profound impact on mental health. Structure provides stability during seasonal transitions, helping reduce stress and anxiety. Start with simple habits: a daily walk to clear your mind, journaling to process your thoughts, or setting a regular sleep schedule to ensure quality rest. Small, steady routines like these create a foundation for emotional well-being.

Having trouble managing seasonal stress or anxiety? Call our Crisis Call or Click Line at 855-581-8111. We’re here to support your journey to better mental health.
