I'm super excited to share that I'm officially certified in IGNITE Her Frequencies®, a fresh, New Era approach to Human Design, created by Julie Ciardi!
I absolutely love this beautiful rose quartz flame arrived today from Julie and her team to celebrate this certification
For the past couple of years, I've been studying Human Design and Gene Keys and weaving more and more of this work into my life and the way I support my clients. Understanding my design has impacted all areas of my life, and I've seen the same thing happen with my clients.
If you're not familiar with Human Design or Gene Keys, they're systems that offer insight into how you're uniquely wired. Your natural strengths, the way you make decisions, how your energy works, the patterns that can get in your way, and the gifts you're here to express.
I'm not about doing traditional Human Design "readings" where I tell someone who they are. I help you recognize it for yourself, who you are underneath everything the world told you to become.
This isn't about anyone telling you who to be. It's about remembering who you already are.
Curious what your design says about you? Let me know in the comments or a DM and I'll share more.

By Friday my jaw had been clenched for two days and I didn't even notice until I reached up to rub my neck. I was heading into vacation, my to-do list kept growing, and I'd told a friend I'd spend all of Saturday with her.
Saturday morning, drinking my coffee, something in me finally caught up. I called her and asked if we could just do lunch instead.
I felt like I was letting her down. Turns out the pressure was self-induced the whole time, and my body knew it before I did.
New piece is up. It's about the difference between prevention and collapse, and why "let me get back to you" might be one of the most useful sentences you own.

The phrase that gave my friend permission too.

When did you last know the answer when someone asked what you wanted?

Most women I work with go quiet on that question. Not because something is wrong with them. Because they have spent years being the answer to everyone else's needs instead.

You've accomplished a lot. You look like you have it together. And still, something in you keeps saying there has to be more than this, followed fast by guilt for even thinking it.

That's not you falling apart. That's a nervous system that has been bracing for so long, bracing became your baseline. The roles didn't just take your time. They took your access to yourself.

I have watched this pattern in women's systems for twenty six years, long before they could name it themselves. What I know now is this: you don't need to become someone new. You need to find your way back to who you already are, underneath everything you took on to survive.

That's what Back To You is. A conversation to find where you lost yourself, what hidden patterns are keeping you stuck, and what comes next once you're standing in your own life again.

If this is landing, I'd love to talk.

Desire used to be easier. Somewhere along the way it went quiet, and you've probably been handed the usual reasons. Hormones. Age. A body past its prime.

Some of that is real. But there's a piece underneath the hormone conversation that almost no one names. A braced body cannot open, no matter how much you want it to. That's not a desire problem. That's a safety problem.

In this month's Sisterhood Health & Lifestyle Magazine, I share what it actually takes to create the conditions where desire returns. Not by forcing your body back to who it was, but by letting it feel safe enough to want again.

What travel constipation may be telling you about your nervous system.

You can pack every supplement, drink all the water, eat all the fiber, and your body will still shut down the moment you leave home. Your gut doesn't work in survival mode.

For years I thought I was doing something wrong on every trip. What I was actually doing was making myself small without noticing it.

I wrote about what's really happening for the June issue of Sisterhood Magazine.

And don't stop at my piece. And read past my article. This issue is full of women bringing real substance. Worth every page.

Cortisol was never meant to be a long term state. But when stress becomes chronic, your body depletes, your adrenals follow, and hypervigilance becomes your new normal.
At that point you're not just tired. You've lost access to intuition, creativity, and clear thinking. The body isn't broken. It's been running on emergency mode for too long.
Lindsie and I go deep in this conversation .

When you're in chronic survival mode you're rarely here. You're managing what happened or bracing for what's next.
That's not a mindfulness problem. That's a nervous system that never got the signal it was safe to land.

Mindset work isn't wrong.
It's just not the first step.
If your body doesn't feel safe, no amount of reframing will unwind the exhaustion. That's not you doing it wrong.
That's the missing piece most approaches skip entirely.

Lindsie and I had a great conversation about this.

Something I hear more than almost anything else:
"I feel like I settled. Like I gave up on myself."
And every time, I have to take a breath.
Because that is not what I see.
What I see is a woman who loved the way she was taught to love. Fully. Consistently. Often at the expense of herself. And nobody told her there would be a cost.
Nobody told her mother either.
This one is for every woman who has quietly wondered if she abandoned herself somewhere along the way.
