The summer solstice is a profound spiritual moment to pause.

On Saturday, you will step into a space where the warmth of summer meets the wisdom of stillness…where the body is invited to soften, the mind begins to quiet, and your energy has room to return to balance.
We will begin with gentle breath and a grounding meditation to help you arrive fully in your body. From there, you’ll be guided to set a simple intention for the Summer season ahead.

Then, you are invited to rest.

In this 60-minute Reiki-infused sound bath, through soothing sound vibrations, guided mindfulness, and healing energy, you’ll be guided through the seven major energetic centers of the body, the chakras.

Each chakra holds a different part of our human experience: safety, creativity, confidence, love, truth, intuition, and connection. When life feels busy or overwhelming, these energy centers can feel blocked, heavy, or disconnected.
This experience is designed to help bring them back into harmony. As the sounds wash over you, the body begins to soften. The nervous system has space to settle. The mind can release what it has been carrying. Reiki energy is offered throughout the journey to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and a gentle return to your natural state of flow.

About Jorgelina

Jorgelina Chaij is a certified Sound Therapy facilitator and Reiki Master devoted to creating gentle, supportive spaces for healing, rest, and reconnection.

Through sound, Reiki, meditation, breath, and mindful awareness, she guides others into a deeper relationship with their body, energy, and inner calm. Her work is rooted in presence, softness, and the belief that when the nervous system feels safe, the body remembers how to restore. Her intention is simple: to help you slow down, feel supported, and return to the harmony already within you..

Start your day with a refreshing hike. Connect with nature and set the tone for a mindful day.

8:30 AM: Gathering and Gratitude Meditation
Join us at Mindful Space as we reflect on the past six years with a heartfelt gratitude meditation. This session will allow us to appreciate our collective journey.

9:00 AM: Yoga and Sound Bath Shavasana
Engage in a gentle yoga session followed by a soothing sound bath during shavasana. Elevate your senses and find peace within.

10:00 AM: Potluck Picnic
Share a meal with fellow members and guests. Bring your favorite dish to contribute to our community potluck. Enjoy cherishing moments with our amazing community and delicious food in a beautiful outdoor setting.

11:00 AM: Closing Ceremony
Conclude our celebration with a closing ceremony, embracing the memories and looking forward to future growth.
