June is Men’s Mental Health Month.

Mental health challenges do not discriminate by gender, but many men are taught to suffer in silence. Stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and burnout are common experiences—and support is available.

This month, let’s encourage honest conversations, reduce stigma, and remind the men in our lives that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Motherhood can be beautiful, rewarding, overwhelming, and isolating all at the same time. No mother was meant to carry the weight of parenting alone. Strong communities create space for support, encouragement, shared wisdom, and access to resources that help families thrive.

Planted: The Mothers First Summit on June 20, 2026, at the College Park Marriott Conference Center. Infinity Mental Health is excited to connect with mothers, to share resources focused on mental wellness, emotional support, and maternal mental health.

Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum challenges, parenting stress, grief, anxiety, or simply looking to prioritize your well-being, we believe every mother deserves a village.

Infinity Mental Health is proud to support the Prince George’s County Domestic Violence & Mental Health Awareness Seminar alongside community leaders, healthcare professionals, advocates, and law enforcement partners dedicated to education, healing, and access to support.

We are honored that our founder, Angela White, LICSW, LCSW-C, will serve as a panel speaker to discuss the impact of trauma, emotional wellness, and the importance of culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health care within our communities.

These conversations are critical. Mental health awareness and domestic violence prevention require collaboration, compassion, education, and action.

Thank you to the Greater Washington Urban League for investing in professionals dedicated to expanding access to culturally responsive maternal mental health care. PSI facilitators were amazing! Such a wealth of experience in the room.

For many college students, going home for the summer also means losing access to their therapist due to state licensing restrictions. What often gets overlooked is how quickly progress can stall or even reverse without consistent support.

At Infinity Mental Health, we’re helping bridge that gap by offering short-term, collaborative therapy for students returning to Maryland. Our goal is simple: maintain progress, not restart it.
