Looking for Helping Hands at the Natural Living Expo!

Rooted Life Sanctuary, my sweet business dedicated to helping people find peace and purpose in their lives, will be back at the Natural Living Expo in Marlborough, MA, on November 14 & 15, and I’d love to have a few friendly faces join me!

I’ll be offering hand readings and Reiki sessions throughout the weekend, so I’m looking for people who can help greet visitors, chat with folks who stop by, share information about my services, and keep things running smoothly while I’m working with clients.

I’m hoping to find at least four people to help throughout the weekend, but I have up to NINE complimentary expo passes available! The more helpers I have, the shorter everyone’s shifts can be, leaving plenty of time to explore and enjoy the expo!

Here are the general time blocks I’m looking to cover:

🌻 Saturday, November 14

* Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
* Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM

🌻 Sunday, November 15

* Morning: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
* Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

These are flexible! Depending on how many people are interested, I can divide the time into shorter shifts.

As a thank-you for helping, you’ll receive:

💚 A FREE weekend pass to the Natural Living Expo, featuring 225 exhibits and 60 workshops!

🌀Your choice of a complimentary full hand reading, TWO Reiki sessions, or an herbal/aromatherapy consultation. You can enjoy the service yourself or gift it to someone else!

Who am I looking for?

Friendly, outgoing people who enjoy connecting with others and don’t mind busy-ness (my table can get busy)! I’d also love to open this opportunity to teens ages 14 and up who might be interested in holistic wellness, meeting new people, or getting a behind-the-scenes look at running a small business. I’m currently checking on the expo’s policies and any applicable requirements for younger helpers, but my hope is that teens who are interested will be able to participate!

I’d especially love helpers who have personally experienced one of my hand readings or Reiki sessions, since being familiar with my work makes it easier to share that experience with visitors. But that’s certainly not required! I’m happy to help everyone become familiar with my services beforehand.

No special experience is necessary, just a willingness to chat with people and help support my growing small business!

It is my joy to introduce two new Holy Fire®, Karuna Reiki® Master Teachers.

I was truly grateful to welcome these remarkable women into this training. They traveled to Connecticut for the three-day weekend, staying locally and fully immersing themselves in the experience.

From the moment we began, they were an absolute joy—each bringing beautiful energy, open hearts, and a genuine calling to share healing work with others.

I sat in sacred space last night - a Satsang - where silent meditation in community creates the container for mystery - for whatever rises up from within. What rose up in me was my exhaustion with words. My exhaustion with striving. There is healing to be had in the silence and in the not doing. There is a perfection in what is no matter how messy or challenged by our conditioning it is. 

The striving for healing that I have witnessed in the spiritual space carries an imbalance. What would it be like if we allowed healing to arrive to us as waves meet the shore and our toes? Let it ebb and flow? Without a roar, without the need to analyze - but a simple quiet receiving of what is?

For a long time now, I have struggled with writing a newsletter for my business. Last night, I realize the world does not need another newsletter, another lengthy article or blog. The wisdom lies within the person who comes to receive the services I provide - the services providing the doorway to that wisdom. Why does that need a newsletter? It doesn’t. A newsletter would be more striving. Instead, I will show up with thoughts and feelings that I feel inspired to share without attachment to an outcome. I will share when the words are chosen with intention not tied to selling a thing. And I will
share here.
