Make the Swap!

If you're new to a healthy lifestyle (or "crunchy" as they say now) - don't let it overwhelm you! Start with simple swaps.

One way to reduce inflammation in addition to whole foods, is what your food is cooked in. A lot of restaurants will use industrial seed oils and if this is what you're using at home, make the switch to healthy fats. Your body (& tastebuds) will thank you later!

*And just to be clear - don't throw out the butter, just use it for your toppings rather than when it has the possibility of being exposed to high heat!

I am looking for 2 experienced Baristas, one that may be looking for a manager position to run a cafe/market that will be opening in the next couple months in Saint Paris!

I am accepting resumes, and will be doing interviews soon at my Urbana office. Hours will likely be 6:30am-3pm 5 days a week to begin and may adjust to later hours if needed later on. Must be reliable, honest, hard working, and have excellent customer service skills.
