Friday HIIT workout.. I have had a rough week and I needed to get some frustration out so this workout is definitely what I needed.. short but intense. Thank you to my amazing Trainer for these amazing workouts 💪🏻🔥

Chest, shoulders and HIIT today was straight 🔥🔥

It isn’t about burning those calories it is about getting stronger, building muscle and bone density.

I used to be all about seeing how many calories I could burn after each workout .. and if I didn’t burn very many calories then I felt like I didn’t work hard enough.
Training with has definitely made me realize that is not what it is about

I have become such a better athlete and have become so much more mindful about my workouts and WHY I workout!

I would LOVE to have you feel like I do and join me and train with the BEST!!
