Postpartum care should meet you where you are. 🤎

Sometimes that means keeping your baby close. Sometimes it means having a little time that belongs entirely to you.

At The Sacred Roots Collective, there’s space for both.

🌿 In Polk City, you choose what feels best.
Come on your own for some quiet time, or bring baby along if keeping them close feels better. A bassinet is available right beside the massage table, and baby can even snuggle up with you on the table during your session. Feedings, snuggles, and pauses are always welcome here. There’s no expectation that motherhood gets left at the door.

🌿 In Clive, the space is reserved just for mama.
Come in, settle onto the table, and let someone else take care of you for a while. A little space to soften, to rest, and to reconnect with the body that has carried you through so much. Nothing to tend to. Nowhere else you need to be. Just a little while where the care is yours to receive.

Neither is better. They’re simply two different ways of supporting you in the season you’re in.

Because postpartum care doesn’t have to look one particular way.

Signature Care isn’t about fitting as many appointments as possible into my schedule. It’s about protecting the time and availability needed to provide high-access, highly INDIVIDUALIZED CARE throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

With Latch Signature Care, our relationship begins during early pregnancy. We talk through your feeding goals, the bottles, ni***es, pacifiers and pump that may fit your family best, your medical history, labs and nutrition, and what those first days and weeks postpartum may actually look like.

We prepare for breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding or combination feeding—and we talk through Plan B too, because feeding doesn’t always unfold exactly as expected.

But one of the most valuable parts?
When your baby arrives, you’re not starting from scratch or searching for someone to help.

It is found in the love you freely give. The prayers whispered over your babies. The meals made, the tears wiped, the late nights, the sacrifices no one else sees, and the countless ways you minister to your family every single day.

And just as our Savior freely gives us His love and grace, I want the women I care for to experience that same kind of love and grace here.

My role isn’t just to help you feed your baby. I’m here to guide you, encourage you, prepare you, and make motherhood a little easier—so you don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Latch transitioned from a problem-focused model to PREVENTATIVE, high-access care.

Most families begin working with Crystel during early pregnancy and continue throughout baby’s first year—allowing parents to PREPARE early, stay INFORMED, and identify potential red flags before they become problems.

Signature Care begins around 20 weeks, giving us time to PREPARE for your feeding goals, review recommended pacis/pumps/bottles, review labs, nutrition, hands-on teaching for your spouse, and prepare for the next year postpartum.

When baby arrives, you’re already CONNECTED to someone who knows you and your goals—with same-day or next-business-day support, a birthing center visit, and is just call or text away.
