▪️ 6,000+ residents sent home with a 30-day medication supply to reduce chances of rehospitalization
▪️ 11,000+ estimated falls prevented via the SET Falls Program
▪️ HIPAA-secure chat launched to streamline communications and save nurses time
▪️ Award-winning order entry automation developed to improve speed and accuracy
