No design changes, no necks/ ribs/ hands or feet. Come see your favorite Fringe Tattoo artists to get these designs - PLUS any of the designs from last month!🖤 First come first served so get in line early to secure a spot. No appointments, walk in only. It will be difficult for us to answer calls or messages on Friday so please come in person. Cash, card and electronic payments are accepted.
