You don’t have to wait until you’re
completely worn out to take care of yourself.

Sometimes it starts with something simple;
soft light, calming scents, a deep breath,
and permission to pause.

Let your shoulders soften.
Let your mind get quiet.
Let yourself be cared for.

You’re allowed to make space for you, too. 🌿

I laugh when my clients tell me I’m always moving things around.

I chuckle because I’m still bringing the visions in my head to life. And the truth is, growth doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, patience, intention, and a little dedication to the dreams you carry.

Maybe it’s taken me a little longer than most, but when you start to see it… I mean, really see it… you’ll understand why.

This year, Salt & Sound Wellness has been quietly transforming behind the scenes. Making room for new services. Making room for new people. Making room for more space to breathe, ground, rest, and find a little peace.

And there’s still more to come. 🌿

For now, here’s a little peek at the second massage space I’ve been creating.

If you haven’t been to the studio in a while, maybe it’s time to come back.

Take a breather.
Take some respite.
Take a weight off your shoulders.

The world will still be there when you get back.

Just… come back better.
Come back grounded. 🪴

Say hello to the newest addition to Salt & Sound Wellness…

A cozy, grounded therapy space created for slowing down, settling in, and letting yourself exhale.

Just breathe. 🤍

You don’t always need to fix something, accomplish something, or keep pushing.

Sometimes you just need to pause.

To quiet the noise.
To soften your shoulders.
To come back to yourself.

Let this be your reminder to make space for you, too. 🌿

Your body deserves rest.
Your mind deserves stillness.
You deserve a moment to simply breathe.

Book online; carve a little moment in time
for yourself to just be ✨

Picked up some goodies today from my favorite place, Freedom Farms
Studio supplies & natural pampering products for massage sessions, all from local small businesses.
One of my favorites is Natural and Pure Company - I love her heartfelt purpose for creating these carefully crafted and safe-for-the skin products. 🤗

And if you’ve never been to Freedom Farms…
you, my friend, are missing out!

Friendly reminder; effective today July 1st 💖

A Note to My Clients ❤️

Salt & Sound Wellness has always been
more than a place for massage.

It’s the result of a lifelong commitment to this work, continued learning, and creating a space where people feel truly cared for, supported, & seen.

As I continue to grow in this field and deepen how I’m able to serve, I stay committed to ongoing education, new advanced training, and maintaining the highest standards of care and licensure.

This work continues to shape me,
just as much as I hope it supports those I serve.

To sustain this level of care and continue doing this work in a way that is responsible and lasting, there will be a small adjustment to service rates beginning July 1, 2026.

New Rates:

30 Minute Massage – $65
60 Minute Massage – $90
90 Minute Massage – $120
120 Minute Massage – $160

This change supports the continued evolution of Salt & Sound Wellness and allows me to keep showing up fully for the work I’m devoted to throughout my life.

…There is no greater calling for a career that I can imagine, and I’m deeply grateful for every person who has trusted me along the way.

It’s an honor to continue walking
alongside you in your wellness journey.

Good morning from the studio ☀️

Did you know a starfish can regrow its limbs?

A gentle reminder that healing is always possible.
You are more resilient than you think, friend.
