Reminder!

Butler County Human Services will be holding a public hearing during the next BCF General Membership Meeting to gather input on needs and priorities within the human service system and to provide an opportunity for testimony from stakeholders, especially individuals and families utilizing services. Butler County Area Agency on Aging will also provide an overview of their annual plan and budget.

This meeting is open to the public and agencies are asked to encourage those who utilize their services to attend and let their voices be heard!

I come from a family of letter writers. These are love letters from the 1800s. My great grandfather wrote these to my great grandmother. This one starts with “My Dearest” and is dated 1884. Holding these letters and this typewriter feels like a weighty thing.

Did you know that March is National Wheelchair Collection Month? Yes, it is and my friend, Rob Olszewski, is Chair Corp Volunteer. Please drop off your unused wheelchair on March 18, 2023, 9 AM - Noon, at Gospel Fellowship PCA in Valencia. These wheelchairs will be restored and sent to those in need around the world. Questions?
