If we don slow down ego now, it will have too much momentum on some future event will trigger the s**t out of us and we will snap, but if we actually meditate as opposed to just dwelling around in crappy moods, then we will be able to slow our celluar charge enough to prevent us from completely looseing our minds when such trigger comes when it comes , we spend years making sure we wont do something we will regret when we loose control of our emotions, meditation is precisley learning how we deal with or meditate to hence forth tweak, then slowly alter our mood and eventually steer away from the emotions enough that we change the mood altogether from sad to content, from dull, to gleaming, from suffering to bliss

This was from yesterday, some of the last calm wakeful conscious moments from a truely unique maginigent yet mysterious mic of the moon a true charecter, archetype and one of my only n main pals for the last few years, I worked with her las few days help her find her peace and tune her acceptance on letting go, we worked eachother through the process,... today was more peaceful then yesterday.. less pain from her, she was finally preparing her self to let go. Breathing in nature and listening to the birds outside the window, n feeling fake flowers on her nose, she finally died at 10:37 Am pct, Born on June 28th 2008... you will be missed.. . RIP Mik trick
