Another one of my wanna do designs done. My wanna do designs are a way for me to show people what I find visually interesting. I have no structured process I follow in designing these. I start with one image that I think is wonderful and I cut, paste, build and mash up other images to piece together a final design. The result is an image that I feel has a decent balance of structure and chaos.

Putting together large pieces is and should be a collaborative effort between client and artist. Consultations don’t just cover the subject matter but also the motivations behind a client wanting the work. Working closely with my clients allows me to put together tattoos for them that make sense. Tattoos should always be made to fit the client, not only in a physical sense but also they should fit their personality.

Portraits are a way for people to show their permanent connection to someone. My client wanted to get a portrait of his wife from their wedding day. Needless to say I was blown away by the photo he showed me. The tattoo itself was 15hrs of work done over 3 sessions.
