Spent the morning leading a Lower Body Reset workshop focused on glutes, adductors, calves, mobility, breath, and body awareness for a room full of women who love to lift.

One of the biggest things we talked about:
Your body doesn’t move in straight lines… so we don’t stretch it that way.

Small angle changes. Better awareness. Better movement. Better recovery.

Really grateful for the opportunity to share this work and help people feel the difference in their bodies in real time.

One thing I appreciated about this session… he left understanding his body better.

Yes, the work helps. But this is also about learning what your body needs between sessions too.

Now he has a better baseline for his workouts, mobility, and recovery moving forward.

John’s been working hard, traveling a lot, and hasn’t had time for his usual Pilates and stretching.
