Today was a reminder that strength and recovery belong in the same conversation 💜
Spent the morning leading a Lower Body Reset workshop focused on glutes, adductors, calves, mobility, breath, and body awareness for a room full of women who love to lift.
One of the biggest things we talked about:
Your body doesn’t move in straight lines… so we don’t stretch it that way.
Small angle changes. Better awareness. Better movement. Better recovery.
Really grateful for the opportunity to share this work and help people feel the difference in their bodies in real time.
