I have spent years bringing performance + recovery acupuncture and massage to athletes, first responders, aerospace & aviation professionals, military and anyone else operating in high stress & demanding environments, in the comfort of their own home and in clinic settings.

Happy New Year!! ✨

It's the year of the Wood Snake and that means massive growth and transformation is on the horizon this year. The Snake itself is very alluring and mystifying. This year is sure to hold our interest as we navigate the changes within both your internal and external worlds (which the Snake knows is one in the same)

As we are globally also in the last year of a 9 year cycle there will be a sense of final tests in habits, beliefs or actions that need to be left behind.
Think of the Universe saying "ok let's make sure that lesson ACTUALLY stuck... how are you going to respond this time." Be mindful to keep an eye out for repeating cycles and your response to these circumstances, personalities and/or thoughts.

The Snake also encourages us to be direct in our pursuit of our desires. Taking time to clearly plan out what is is your are attracting and materializing over the next 10 years.
Think big and don't let your uncertainty be the thing that shrinks your goals. The Snake is determined and focused.

As a Snake sheds its skin, this is a year of releasing what no longer serves you in each aspect of life. This year is also a fortunate year for good health and can be a great year for improvements to your health. Adding in a new exercise routine will be rewarding in more ways than one. A reminder to also tune into and listen to any subtleties the body is sharing as these could progress if left uncared for. Preventative medicine is your friend if you wish to nourish yourself deeply.
