Hi, I'm going to start sharing some real moments from my client sessions.

Not the polished versions. The messy, honest ones where the real shift happens.

Because odds are, you're doing some version of the same thing they are. And once you see it, you can't unsee it.

Here's a snippet from a recent session. Read this if you've ever collapsed on the couch at 9pm and wondered why you feel absolutely nothing.

Client: "It's easy to avoid life when you're working hard. Fifteen things to do… you don't have to think about anything real."

Me: "So what do you do when you stop working?"

Client: "Read. Wine. TV. I can tell I'm not dealing with me. I stay up too late. I don't want to do anything."

Me: "I have a name for that. TMBs — Too Much Behaviours. Glass of wine. Screen. Couch. Done occasionally? Fine. Done as your default because you can't sit with yourself? That's not relaxation. That's avoidance."

Client: "Yeah… that's it exactly."

Later she mentioned a friend had been upset with her. They'd fixed it. But she'd been carrying it for days.

Then she caught herself:

"Why am I so nervous about this? Oh. Because the voice in my head thinks nobody should ever be mad at me. And she should be calling me all the time telling me how great I am."

Then she said the line:

Client: "Who is that? That's my mother."

Me: "There it is. That voice is what's driving you straight into your TMBs. You can't sit with someone being mildly upset with you because the little girl inside never learned how. So you numb."

Client: "That makes so much sense."

Me: "When you grow up where love is earned through performance, you learn to perform for safety. You perform so people don't worry about you. You carry that into adulthood. So now, someone gets mildly upset? Your nervous system treats it like a threat. And you reach for the wine."

Client: "Oh god. Yes."

Here's what I told her next.

Most of what we call "bad habits" — the avoidance, the over-drinking, the doom-scrolling, the over-working, the people-pleasing — aren't adult problems.

They're little kid coping mechanisms running on adult-sized stress.

The moment something wobbles, that same little kid takes the wheel.

So what do we actually do about it?

Here's what I'll be guiding her through:

❤️ Values work
❤️ Inner child work
❤️ Forgiveness
❤️ Healing the timeline

It's gentle work. And honestly? It's beautiful to watch someone stop running from themselves.

Here's something you can try tonight.

Not quitting the wine. Not deleting your apps. Just this:

When you reach for your TMB of choice, pause for ten seconds and ask: "Who's reaching for this? Me, or the little kid who never learned another way?"

That's it. No action required. Just noticing.

Because the moment you notice who's driving, you're already behind the wheel again.

If this landed for you, I offer paid 1:1 sessions using EFT (tapping) to do this deeper work. Visit my website.

Love,
Susie

I'll be honest with you.

For years, I thought confusion was the problem. I thought if I just thought harder, researched more, or found the right perspective—I'd finally know what to do.

But confusion isn't the issue.

The issue is that I stopped trusting my own signals.

My body would react immediately. A hesitation. A subtle pull back. A random sense of ease when something fell through.

And then my mind would spend the next hour explaining why that reaction didn't matter.

"It's fine. It's logical. You're overreacting."

Sound familiar?

Here's what I've learned: nothing is wrong with your ability to know. You've just been talked out of it too many times.

I'm a naturopathic doctor and hypnotist. I teach classes. I offer private sessions. And I also make time to just listen—because sometimes that's all someone needs to hear themselves again.

Listening doesn't cost anything. A conversation. A voice note. A few minutes of real attention.

If you're tired of feeling off balance—tired of saying yes when something in you said no—reach out.

Classes are available. Private sessions are available. But if you just need to be heard? That's available too.

I believe happy people create a happier world. It starts with each of us trusting ourselves again.

Send me a message: "I'm ready to listen."

I'll reply personally.

Your Intuition Isn't Gone – It Just Sounds Different Now

You know that feeling when you used to just know things? Decisions came easy. You could feel what was right without running it past everyone you know.

Then somewhere along the way, that changed. Now you second-guess everything. You're not sure if that quiet voice is intuition or just fear being convincing.

I've been there. And here's what I've learned: your intuition didn't leave. It evolved.

When you grow, your inner guidance system upgrades too. That loud, urgent feeling you used to get? That was intuition working in survival mode – keeping you safe, watching for danger. But as you heal and become more yourself, it calms down. It shifts from guarding you to guiding you.

The problem is, we're still listening for alarms. So when things get quiet, we panic and assume something's wrong.

Nothing's wrong. You're just learning to hear a softer voice now.

Sometimes intuition doesn't tell you to move – it tells you to wait. To rest. To pay attention. That doesn't feel productive when you want answers, but it's wisdom too.

If you're questioning yourself more lately, that's normal. You're recalibrating. Trust isn't something you force – it's something you rebuild slowly, by listening to those small nudges even when they don't make sense.

So no, you haven't lost your gut. You're just getting to know it again.

Love, light and patience,

Susie

Beloved Soul,

As we navigate this powerful season of shift and reflection, I felt a strong pull from Spirit to pause and reach out to you.

Whether we've journeyed together in a private reading, you've trusted me as a guide in a mentorship, shared space in one of my courses, or you simply resonate with the messages I share... please receive this from my heart:

I am profoundly and authentically grateful for you.

You invite me into the most transformative spaces of your existence—your spiritual awakening, your soul's journey, your moments of profound clarity, and your courageous shadows. To be a witness and a guide on your path is the most sacred trust, and I hold it with the deepest reverence.

Thank you for your vulnerability and trust.
Thank you for saying "yes" to your own profound transformation.
Thank you for allowing my teachings and gifts to be a compass on your journey.
Thank you for the ways you, in turn, inspire me with your willingness to evolve and remember your true power.

Every intuitive session, every teaching, every shared "aha!" moment, and every energetic connection is a thread in a beautiful, divine tapestry we are co-creating.

In a world that can often feel dense and distracting, this community is a beacon of rising consciousness, a testament to the love and light that is breaking through... and you are an essential part of that awakening.

As you move through the coming weeks, may you feel:
✨ Divinely supported by your spirit team and guides
✨ Anchored in the truth of your own soul's wisdom
✨ Connected to a deep, inner knowing that never wavers
✨ And empowered as the conscious creator of your reality

And for those of you feeling the weight of the world or navigating a profound personal transformation, I am sending you an extra wave of fortifying, golden light. You are not alone; the Universe is conspiring in your favor.

Thank you again for walking this path and allowing our journeys to intersect. I am truly honored and grateful for you.

There are only 3 things that can make your dreams come true:

Your thoughts, your words, and your actions.

Be the spark.

No one can destroy iron, but its own rust can. Likewise, no one can destroy a person, but his own mindset can.

I've been thinking a lot lately about how many are walking around feeling a sense of disconnect. There's this quiet ache for real friendship, a place where we feel truly seen and heard.

When that connection is missing, it's so tempting to fill the space with noise—to get lost in our phones, pack our schedules, or find any way to avoid the stillness. The quiet can feel too loud.

But I'm starting to see this feeling not as an emptiness, but as an invitation. A gentle nudge to turn inward.

When the outside world gets quiet, that's your cue. It's in that stillness that your soul begins to whisper, reminding you that you are your own home. You are never truly alone.

The real shift happens when you can sit with yourself—feelings and all—without any judgment. You start to connect with that steady, loving presence inside—your intuition, God, your inner light… whatever name fits.

That's when loneliness softens into peaceful solitude.
And that solitude becomes your sanctuary. It's a true gift.

This is where your healing unfolds. You begin to offer yourself the attention and compassion you've been seeking elsewhere. And from that place of wholeness, you naturally attract relationships that are genuine and deep. Not because you need them to feel complete, but because you are finally resonating with the very frequency of true connection.

The most important friendship you will ever nurture is the one with yourself. It was there, waiting for you, all along.

Love to all, Susie
