We harvest olives in early and mid-September. The fruits are harvested by hand and transported to the squeezing plant within a few hours. The water in which the olives are washed is changed frequently. Certified by GOOD AGRICULTURE Methods. Handpicked, cold pressed, 100% organic, Kosher certified,
