East Alabama Health is expanding access to essential prenatal care in Valley, Ala.! The East Alabama Community Prenatal Clinic, provided in partnership with Auburn University College of Nursing, will be located on the EAMC-Lanier Rural Emergency Hospital campus.

Opening Tuesday, Sept. 1, the clinic will provide consistent prenatal care between regular OB/GYN visits for expectant mothers in Chambers County and surrounding communities. Through the clinic, East Alabama Health is committed to filling gaps in prenatal care, addressing time-sensitive concerns, and supporting healthier pregnancies, mothers and babies throughout the region.

Had a mid-day snack with some delicious Avocado Toast with a Honey & Lavender Oatmilk iced latte @ The Porch Coffee Co. and it was a great experience! David and Rachel are warm and welcoming and if you haven’t visited yet, you should give them a try. It’s awesome having a local coffee shop here in Valley that is pursuing excellence and loving Jesus along the way! We will be visiting that porch often.

Valley Direct Primary Care will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. Valley DPC members, as always, you may reach out to Stephanie or Dr. Smith as needed.
