This is why I do what I do!

You don't need to go through grief alone--and honestly, you shouldn't. I am so grateful that acupuncture can help emotionally, whether it's through processing grief or sadness, or just giving your nervous system enough space to reset with clarity.

Thank you for this amazing review, Sam!

Hi all, hope you are staying safe! For everyone that has been rescheduled this week, I will be in touch as soon as I'm able to get you on the schedule. I am still without power and wifi (posting this through my 30% power, personal hotspot on phone😂)- I am not rescheduling anyone until I'm certain I will have power this week. Thank you for your understanding and patience while I navigate this!

I will be slow to respond to any texts as I'm currently on limited power at the moment. Thank you, updates to come soon. Stay safe!

I'm working on creating a library of practical wellness guides and I'd love your input!

If you could download a helpful guide from me, what would you be most interested in? Let me know in a comment

• Migraines & headache support
• Fatigue & energy
• TMJ & jaw pain
• Fertility support
• Stress & nervous system regulation
• Sleep & insomnia
• Digestive health
• Women's hormones & cycle support
• Acupressure you can do at home

Or tell me what you struggle with most. I'd love to create resources that are genuinely helpful and answer the questions people actually have. ☺️

Acupuncturists friends -- same for the business side of things! Let me know

Just a reminder from your friendly, neighborhood acupuncturist to please pre-book your appointments so you are not disappointed for July and August

Thank you!!!!
