Hi all, hope you are staying safe! For everyone that has been rescheduled this week, I will be in touch as soon as I'm able to get you on the schedule. I am still without power and wifi (posting this through my 30% power, personal hotspot on phone😂)- I am not rescheduling anyone until I'm certain I will have power this week. SPRINGTIME SETBACKS 🌸🍃

In Chinese medicine, spring is associated with rising yang energy, movement, growth, and change. While spring often brings a sense of renewal, it’s also a season of transition for the body

As temperatures fluctuate and weather patterns shift in our area, it’s common for old symptoms to temporarily reappear or become more noticeable. This does not mean you’re losing progress. In many cases, it’s the body adjusting to seasonal change

Some of the most common symptoms that may flare during the spring include:

• Migraines and headaches
• Sinus congestion and allergies
• Digestive discomfort
• Dizziness
• Joint pain and stiffness
• Fatigue

These shifts are expected and temporary. As the weather becomes more stable, the body typically settles into a more balanced rhythm

If you’re experiencing a brief flare of symptoms, don’t get discouraged. Continue supporting your body, stay consistent with your treatment plan, and remember that temporary setbacks do not erase the progress you’ve already made!

‼️Construction Update Near Aether ‼️

There is new construction as of today, June 1, on Eastport Center Dr off of Laporte Ave. If you usually come through to the clinic via 49 to Laporte Ave, you may be blocked off from the entrance. Please proceed all the way to Route 30, and loop around the back way until the construction has cleared. I will send a follow-up email once everything is settled. I’m hopeful it will only be a few days—but please keep an eye on your email if you have upcoming appointments.

I just want to say a quick thank you for the unending support I’ve been receiving through the first half of this year. It’s been an incredible journey watching you all get better.
