Your supplement cabinet is full… but you’re STILL tired, bloated, dealing with brain fog, or just not feeling like yourself. 👀
Before you buy another supplement, let’s talk about something important:
**More supplements do not automatically mean better health.**
It’s easy to see a supplement online and think:
“I’m tired → I need B vitamins.”
“I’m stressed → I need magnesium.”
“I’m bloated → I need a probiotic.”
“My hormones are off → I need hormone support.”
But symptoms can have MANY potential contributors and taking supplements without understanding the bigger picture may mean you’re spending money without addressing what’s actually going on.
A functional medicine approach looks at the **whole person**, including symptoms, health history, nutrition, lifestyle, medications, and appropriate lab testing when indicated.
The goal isn't to have the biggest supplement collection.
The goal is an individualized plan that makes sense for YOU.
And remember: supplements can have side effects and may interact with medications, so more isn't always better.
