Van Buren Health & Rehabilitation We are a 140 bed nursing facility, licensed by the State of Arkansas to operate as a skilled nursing facility.

We employ over 100 qualified staff members to help meet the needs of our residents. We are certified to participate as a provider of Medicare and Medicaid services by the federal agency, CMS.

This month, we’re proud to recognize Christina Harris & Shana Moore — our incredible Transport Team! 🚌💙💛

During a record-setting month of admissions in August, these two helped keep the wheels on the bus and the transports flowing! From appointments and hospital runs to making sure our residents got where they needed to be, Christina and Shana stepped up and kept things moving every single day.

Their hard work, flexibility, teamwork, and dedication played a huge part in keeping VBHR running strong during one of our busiest months yet.
