Music is good for our mind, body and soul! Today we brought American Bandstand Bingo to the amazing seniors at the Lewis County Senior Center in Vanceburg. These beautiful individuals are the cornerstone of our community (and the rhythm, too because they sure can dance)! 🎵💃🕺🪩

We enjoyed getting to celebrate them, enjoy their laughter, their singing and great company! Thank you for letting us be part of your day—plus, sneak in some health education and have a great time!

Sterling Health and PrimaryPlus, fellow Federally Qualified Health Centers, have a long-standing relationship of collaboration and support among our Community Health Worker programs. That partnership was on full display today when Sterling Health received an abundance of peanut butter and generously shared that abundance with our PrimaryPlus CHW programs!

We are so grateful for their continued partnership and willingness to share resources that can make a difference for the individuals and families we serve.

We’re also especially grateful for Ammon G., a student at East Carter Middle School, who spent his after-school time helping unload the peanut butter for PrimaryPlus. 💪

This year, Carter County Schools are focusing on developing Durable Skills—skills like character, communication, collaboration, and responsibility that students will carry with them throughout their lives. What better way to build those skills than through serving others! ❤️
