she’s not transforming

she’s remembering who she’s always been

she’s not trying to become someone new
she’s just letting go of everything she’s not

and I’m in a season of allowing that

letting myself be fully in my energy
trusting what I feel without needing proof
showing up as I am without holding back

remembering that nothing was ever missing

when your energy is actually yours
you don’t have to chase who you’re meant to be

you return to her

and everything starts to align from there

fun facts about me because I realized I don’t share enough random lore on here 😂

I did choir for 10 years
hello to my fellow choir kids 👋

I also did handbell ensemble which honestly feels very on brand looking back lol

I taught for a nonprofit for a year
I teach yoga
I do social media marketing on the side
and somehow all of that eventually led me into energy healing

which honestly makes sense because I’ve always loved expression, connection, teaching, and helping people feel something

I think all the different versions of us end up making sense eventually

and yes… music still deeply affects my nervous system and emotions to this day 🤍

I just knew I didn’t want to stay where I was

so I followed the small yes
the quiet pull
the feeling in my body that said go

even when it didn’t make sense
even when I didn’t feel ready
even when I didn’t have proof yet

I started before I felt qualified
I put myself in rooms I hadn’t “earned” yet
I invested in myself before I had results

and over time… that built something real

not just a business
but self-trust

the kind where you don’t need someone else to tell you it’s okay
you just move

that’s what self-leadership looks like
