Happy Discharge Day! Mr. Gardner admitted to our facility last month and will be discharging today. He was so excited to have his picture taken and enjoyed his stay with Lynchburg Health and Rehab. We are so pleased with his progress and are excited for his next steps!

Happy Nursing Home Week from Lynchburg Health & Rehab! 💐🎉

We had an amazing time kicking off this special week with our Spring Talent Show — a day filled with laughter, music, community, and unforgettable memories. Residents, staff, families, and guests came together to celebrate the heart of what Nursing Home Week is all about: joy, compassion, connection, and appreciating the incredible individuals who make our community feel like home every single day.

From the adorable petting zoo and delicious BBQ to the incredible talents showcased by our residents and staff, the day was overflowing with smiles, cheers, and love. Seeing everyone come together to support one another and celebrate each unique talent made the event truly special.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, performed, and helped bring this wonderful day to life. We are so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate our residents and the amazing spirit of our Lynchburg Health & Rehab family during Nursing Home Week! 🌸🐐🎤🍔
