I specialize in helping busy women who want to eat well and have more energy. In my program I will show you how to reduce stress levels and increase energy to be the most succesful in your life. I have expericnce in woking with emotional eating and helping women overcome sugar cravings. Some of my personal struggles were emotinal eating and combating rapid weight gain and feeling 'out of control'.

I have overcame the struggle of emotional eating personally and I understand what it is like to feel like your diet is controlling you. I will give you the tools that have helped me feel happy and in control of my health again and help you to live your life to the fullest and feel your best!

Mesmerized by the sound of the ocean crashing over rocks and the sunlight dancing on the water. Ocean therapy is healing for the soul. I sat in this spot and watched the sunrise for what felt like hours, like a solar panel soaking up the sun rays ☀️ 🤣

It felt like time stopped, feeling grateful for this life and couldn’t think of one problem. That’s the beauty of the ocean and the sun. ♥️ ☀️ 🌊
