Healing is not about escaping reality, it's about returning to yourself more fully.

The work I offer is rooted in both ancient wisdom and present day transformation. Sessions can include Reiki, Vibrational Sound Therapy, guided journeying, ceremonial practices, spirit guided insight, power animals, goddess archetypes, and other spiritually informed healing modalities. These sacred elements help create a powerful and meaningful container for reflection, healing and personal growth.

Yet the purpose of this work is deeply practical.
