Why treat the cheeks and the pyriform area together?

For this patient, Joe used dermal filler in the cheeks to provide strategic midface support and restore balanced-looking volume. He also treated the pyriform fossae, the areas beside the base of the nose, to help soften the appearance of nearby shadows and folds.

Instead of focusing on one line in isolation, Joe considered how the different areas of her face worked together to create a subtle, refreshed result.
