Rose Rock Bodywork is growing!

We are excited to introduce Mary-Jane to our RRB family! I couldn’t be more excited to have another fabulous massage therapist join us 🤩.

Here is some background directly from Mary-Jane:

For as long as I can remember, I have been massaging aching muscles. After finding out her and I have Ehler's Danlos Syndrome, I dropped out of college and pursued massage therapy to help those in pain like we were. Throughout schooling I was able to practice dozens of different modalities and came to learn exactly how I had been easing my mother's pain growing up. Now, I specialize in deep tissue & treatment and emotional release to help every person feel comfortable in their body, whether the discomfort comes from a disability, trauma, or just not feeling at home in their skin.

Mary-Jane will be in the office Fridays and Sundays starting in September. As a Welcome to the Team special, Mary-Jane is offering 30-minute extensions through September, meaning you get a 90-minute session for the regular 60-minute session rate. Huzzah!

Rose Rock Bodywork is

getting a new home!

We are moving our office the first week of July 2026.

Our new address is 12000 SE Mill Plain, Suite 5, Vancouver, WA 98607. It is an office building on the corner of 120th and Mill Plain. Here's what it looks like!

Why are we moving?
Jessica‘s son is aging out of childcare this summer, so we are moving into our own space so she can bring him to the office in the evenings and on those random days off school. Also, Stacy and Jessica are both looking forward to having all of our stuff have a permanent place in our own rooms. Yay! Plus, it will allow us to bring on one more massage therapist soon to work weekends.

We will be having an Open House!
We are making plans for an open house, probably sometime in August. So stay tuned for that announcement!

We have new openings in December

and January.

If you are hoping to get one more massage in before the end of the year, we have you covered! Stacy has openings on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve! Plus, she is adding extra days to her regular schedule starting in January.

And as always, if you don't see a day or time available that you want, remember to put your name on the waitlist. This time of year, we often get last minute appointment shifts when clients get sick or have spontaneous family and work holiday events. It's a lovely surprise when a spot opens up for you!

Rose Rock News

Happy August! It is with grateful hearts that we wish Catherine Chaisson farewell, as August 1st is her last day with Rose Rock Bodywork. Catherine has moved to Woodburn, Oregon, and she will be continuing to practice massage in Portland and Canby. And we will most certainly miss her wonderful skills and energy around the office!

We have done our best to move over any regularly scheduled appointments for Catherine to either Jessica or Stacy, so hopefully we have helped transition everyone smoothly.

Jessica and Stacy do have openings throughout August, even with trips and Back to School coming up.

We have noted an increase in car accidents for our clients since the weather has turned sunny. If you do find yourself in a car accident, massage therapy can be a helpful addition to dealing with the side effects. We are able to bill your insurance and work with your attorney so you can focus on healing and feeling your best!

Rose Rock is growing!

We are thrilled to welcome another Licensed Massage Therapist, Stacy Peracca, to our team at Rose Rock Bodywork.

Stacy studied Reiki and CranioSacral Therapy even before heading to massage school, so she fits right in with our philosophy of addressing pain and stress with the full range of gentle bodywork to deep tissue techniques.

This also means that we can now accommodate more weekend and evening appointments, including couples sessions!

We are excited to announce our upcoming monthly Reiki Share group at Rose Rock Bodywork! This event is open to everyone, whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just curious about Reiki for the first time. Join us for a harmonious afternoon where you'll have the opportunity to receive a nurturing group Reiki treatment, as well as take part in offering Reiki alongside fellow participants.
