The Peruvian-themed dinner featured Lomo Saltado, a traditional Peruvian stir-fry that combines marinated beef tenderloin with onions, tomatoes, Aji Amarillo paste, French fries, and rice. Dr. Green has traveled to Peru four times, and three of those journeys were medical missions with the Peruvian-American Medical Society. He is passionate about Peru…especially the delicious cuisine! 🇵🇪
