What is PEMF therapy?
PEMF therapy uses pulsed electromagnetic fields delivered through coils placed on the body. These pulses interact with the body and help support normal cellular function, circulation, recovery, comfort, and the body's natural healing processes. PEMF is non-invasive, drug-free, and comfortable for pets.

Which pets may benefit?
PEMF can be beneficial for pets that:
• Compete in sports or performance events
• Are highly active
• Are recovering from an injury or surgery (with veterinary guidance)
• Have arthritis or age-related stiffness
• Have limited mobility
• Are senior pets
• Are breeds predisposed to joint concerns

Even healthy pets may benefit as part of an overall wellness routine.

It’s not fun seeing our dogs age! Trust me, I tell myself that my 8 yr old Aussie who was my first child doesn’t look old one bit 🥲. If you want a way to help keep them going and or looking for a preventative approach to their aging, reach out and let’s see if PEMF would be a good fit for them!

Can my horse keep their fly mask on during their PEMF session?!

Absolutely! Just like in the winter, blankets can stay on during their sessions. Fly masks and or blankets don’t affect the efficacy of PEMF. You may just see me peaking under the fly mask to look for signs of sensitivity to make note of on their post session chart!

Hi! I'm Brittney, owner of Elektropulsed Livestock, LLC. I've been providing PEMF sessions for animals throughout Western New York for over two years, and I'm excited to now have a dedicated space where I can offer this amazing modality in a calm, comfortable setting for your pets. I’m a certified PEMF practitioner and insured.

It’s been a pleasure getting to work with Sarah and her mare, Briar! Which each session, Briar has been releasing more and really enjoying her hour of 1:1 time. She’s also been relaxing and moving smoother during her training.

County fairs and 4-H/FFA livestock projects are a huge passion of mine! I was a member of both organizations once and know how hard youth have worked to get their projects to this point! If you think your project could use some TLC or a bit of an advantage, let’s give PEMF a go! It’s drug free, so you don’t have to worry about meat with holds for market projects specifically. Which horses could benefit from PEMF and bodywork? Technically all horses! If you’re able to incorporate any bodywork into the care of your horse, less injuries will happen, they’ll feel better overall, and also be healthier too! With all that said here is a list of specific horses I’ve been working on:

-Barrel horses
-Chronic cribbers
-Seniors
-Lame horses
-Horses needing improved movement for the show season and to get back into general riding
-A horse recovering from a bowed tendon
