We offer open air & private showers to fair attendees & fair family. We are family friendly & alter-able accessible. Monday after the fair. and 3 p.m. - 4 p.m.

With two traditional saunas, 2 deluxe bathtub rooms, live music, drying fires & towel rentals, this is a magically unique experience. The Ritz Sauna & Showers has been an important part of the Oregon Country Fair since 1976. This unique, enclosed, open air, 12,000 square foot facility is in a wooded setting about 400 feet north of the OCF's Main Stage. The Ritz facilities include two wood fired d

ry saunas, 70 showers (10 of which are semi-private), two private bathtub rooms, three drying fires, valuables check and a concession for soap, towels, etc. Additionally the Ritz is often viewed as an ongoing art project with numerous works both inside the Booth and in the park-like setting adjacent to the Sauna. We are open to the public when the fair is open to the public, and to the fair family 24/7 from Thursday pre-fair, through 2 p.m. We are closed for cleaning each day between 4 a.m. -5 a.m. Excellent customer service (your safety and enjoyment) is our primary goal. Welcome to the Ritz Sauna & Showers 2026

Greetings Fair Family! It’s that magical Oregon Country Fair time of year and the Ritz Sauna & Shower’s crew is looking forward to seeing you! Our artisans have been busy updating, repairing, maintaining and creating wonders both old and new. Come pay us a visit at booth W-34 on Sesame St., past Childcare and across from the Craft Demonstration Area. Help us celebrate 50 years of service.

Hours of Operation:

Tuesday July 7: Fair Family Only
• Showers Only - 7-11 am
• Private Tub Reservations begin @ 10 am in front of Ritz
• Showers Only - 8-11 pm

Wednesday, July 8: Fair Family Only
• Showers Only - 7-11 am
• 6 pm-2 am: Semi-private showers open, free for wrist-banded Fair Family, $10 -Main Deck Sauna & Showers

Thursday, July 9: Fair Family Only
• 6 am - noon: Booth open for regular entry fees, close at noon
• 6 pm: Booth opens for duration of Fair

Friday, July 10
• 1:30-3:00 pm: Ritz 50th Anniversary Celebration in the Pavilion & in front of the booth
• 4-5:30 pm: Women Only Time on Main Deck, Semi-Private Showers open for men

Saturday, July 11
• 4-5 pm: Q***r, Transgender & All Sauna Time

Monday, July 13
• 2:00 pm: Close for 2026

• Children’s ½ price time is 6 am to 7 pm daily ($6.00 for 12 & under w/ an adult; $6.00 in private showers).

Forever loved & never forgotten 🦩🍑🩷

Today we remember four cherished Fair Family members who died in a plane crash just west of the OCF site on June 23, 2012. Erin Noble, Christopher Robin Kent, Roch d'Auzon and Robyn 'Bluesky' Weir, you are loved and missed by many!

Dear Fair Family –
With hearts full of love and loss, we share with you the news that our beloved leader, George Braddock, passed away peacefully earlier this week. In his last days he was surrounded by an outpouring of love from family, friends and his greater community.
Please hug those close to you, check in on each other - and share your stories of George with each other.
Just recently George said to a close friend, “Everyday, I look for ways to uplift the people I love and care for in my life in whatever way I can.”
George loved and served the Ritz, the Flamingo Clan and the OCF. Our purpose now is to celebrate and continue his legacy. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Ritz Sauna & Showers at the Oregon Country Fair. Rest assured we will do our very best to be “Putting on the Ritz” in a manner that would make George proud.
For now, we ask for your grace and patience as we process this tremendous loss. We will have a celebration of life and will provide details in the months to come.

Oregon Country Fair Board Elections - Voting Deadline 10/19/24

It’s election season at the OCF. If you are a voting member of the Fair, you should have received your ballot in the mail already. If you haven’t received your ballot contact: [email protected]

October 12, 2024, 6:30pm PDT – Annual Membership Meeting. The agenda will include the State of the Peach, the Treasurers’ report and Board candidate statements.

Elections Committee will be at the Eugene office from 4pm-5:30pm. Please come to the Eugene office if you need help with a replacement ballot. You can drop off your ballot at the meeting, but the Elections Committee will not be at the Longhouse for help with ballots.
October 19, 2024 – BALLOTS ARE DUE BY 8PM at the Fair office. Ballots received after this time will not be counted.
